Mental wellness is of great concern for our families, in general, and especially at this time. The FRC team will be doing wellness check-ins with families and referring for support as needed. We are also looking into hosting wellness calls for families to hear advice from wellness professionals on how to handle a myriad of conditions, that may arise from this experience.
The FRC aims to be responsive to family’s needs and will work to adjust services as we better understand families greatest concerns during and after the closures.
Right now our focus is on food security, housing security, mental health and financial/employment supports.
